ASELSAN signs for 24 more ARSUS systems with Poland's AMZ Kutno at MSPO

Türkiye's ASELSAN and the Polish vehicle manufacturer AMZ Kutno signed an export contract for a further 24 ARSUS reconnaissance and surveillance systems on 8 September 2026, at the MSPO international defence industry exhibition in Kielce.

What was agreed

The 24 systems are an addition to an existing framework agreement between the two companies, signed in 2024, whose deliveries run to 2035. The systems in this contract are scheduled for delivery in 2028 and 2029.

Neither company published a contract value, and none is repeated here.

Where it sits

The agreement follows an electronic warfare export contract worth a reported 410 million US dollars, signed in December 2025. ASELSAN says it now works with more than twenty Polish suppliers and maintains a local office, and describes training, maintenance and centres of excellence as areas it is examining next.

AMZ Kutno builds armoured and special-purpose vehicles in central Poland. ARSUS is ASELSAN's vehicle-mounted reconnaissance and surveillance system; what it is fitted to, and in what configuration, is a matter for the companies.

Why the association carries this

TURKPOL is a membership association, not a defence publication, and it has no view on procurement. It carries this because a Turkish professional in Poland and a Polish company working with Turkish partners are both served by knowing that the industrial relationship between the two countries is not an abstraction — it has contracts, dates and suppliers attached.
