With Fundacja Szczęśliwej Drogi: support for children in care

On 23 November 2024 the association's board met Fundacja Szczęśliwej Drogi to plan social projects supporting children in care, from education to work and housing. Two projects came out of the meeting: food for children in care and homeless people at Christmas markets, and help in renovating the flats that cities give to young women from children's homes when they turn 18.

In March 2025 TURKPOL and the foundation held a solidarity meal in Warsaw for children from children's homes. The children received gifts, played live music and gave their own presentation about Türkiye. Bahadır İleri, First Counsellor of the Embassy of Türkiye, was among the guests, and local businesses provided the hall, the food and the gifts.

In April 2025 the association launched Together, we make it beautiful, a campaign to renovate and equip flats allocated by the City of Warsaw, for children from children's homes and young mothers who have just turned 18, started with the support of Kolin and Beko and carried on by the Turkish community in Poland.
