CEE Trade & Treasury Summit 2026
TURKPOL's President Tunç Meriç speaks on Poland-Türkiye trade at MERGE's CEE Trade & Treasury Summit in Warsaw, alongside board member Hakan Haner.
The CEE Trade & Treasury Summit 2026 returns to Warsaw on 20 October 2026 at the Regent Warsaw Hotel. It is organised by MERGE Events and supported by ICC Poland, under the patronage of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency. This year's programme asks what is changing across the region, from new trade flows to AI cash flows.
TURKPOL takes part as a speaker, not as an organiser or sponsor. In the afternoon Region Highlight (14:25-15:10), *Poland-Türkiye trade relations: strategic importance for Europe's future*, the association's President Tunç Meriç joins the session alongside Hakan Haner of EKO Konsult | ASE GROUP, who also serves on the TURKPOL board.
The organiser's programme introduces that session with $12.5bn of bilateral trade in 2025 and a $15bn target with political backing on both sides. Those are the organiser's figures, not TURKPOL forecasts.
The wider agenda covers what the EU-India and EU-Mercosur agreements mean in practice, construction and energy investment across CEE, e-invoicing under Poland's KSeF mandate, receivables and working capital, ESG in trade finance, and sanctions and trade execution.
Registration and the full agenda are on the organiser's event page.
