Meetings with chambers of commerce, October 2023

In October 2023 the association's board held a series of project meetings in Warsaw:

• with Valerie Breitenfeld, Commercial Counsellor of the Austrian Embassy, on the support and information Turkish companies in Poland need to do business in Austria, and on first joint commercial and cultural projects;
• with the board of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Poland, hosted by its President Ulrich Schwendimann, on how Turkish companies based in Poland can enter the Swiss market and on dates for joint business events;
• with Dr Lars Gutheil of the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, on activities for 2023–2024 supporting companies working between Germany, Poland and Türkiye.

At the same time TURKPOL launched the Global Trade Platform (GTP), a network open to companies from Türkiye, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Norway that want to reach new markets.
