Cultural Hot Spot 2023 and 2024: the Türkiye stand at the University of Warsaw
Two more years of the Türkiye stand at the University of Warsaw's international festival, run by TURKPOL and its University Club.
Every spring the University of Warsaw holds Cultural Hot Spot, its international festival on the main campus. TURKPOL and its University of Warsaw club have run the Türkiye stand there each year since 2022.
On 18 May 2023 the stand was set up with Turkish students of the university: Turkish treats, and traditional Turkish games for visitors from many countries to try.
On 17 May 2024 the stand served Turkish delight and Turkish coffee. The Rector of the University of Warsaw, Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, stopped at the stand and talked with the president of the TURKPOL University Club about the club's work.
The festival is the university's; TURKPOL took part with its own stand.
