Deyna Cup Junior 2025: welcoming young footballers from Antalya
TURKPOL returned to the Deyna Cup Junior in Starogard Gdański, welcomed young footballers from Antalya at the airport, and ran its Türkiye stand again.
In August 2025 TURKPOL took part once more in the Deyna Cup Junior, the international football tournament for players aged 8 to 12 organised by Klub Sportowy Beniaminek 03 in Starogard Gdański.
On 22 August the association welcomed young footballers from Antalya at the airport as they arrived for the tournament. Teams from across Europe took part, among them Borussia Mönchengladbach, KRC Genk, Lech Poznań, Jagiellonia Białystok, Lechia Gdańsk and clubs from Türkiye, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Spain and Romania; Borussia Mönchengladbach won the U9 category.
Throughout the tournament TURKPOL volunteers ran the association's Türkiye stand, serving Turkish delight and baklava to players, families and visitors.
