Horizon4Poland'26: Türkiye–Poland Strategic Investment Partnership panel and Innovation Expo
Warsaw's Horizon Europe partnering event, with a dedicated Türkiye–Poland panel and a joint Türkiye / TIDE area at the Innovation Expo.

Horizon4Poland'26 is one of the key Horizon Europe partnering events in Poland. Under the theme "From Partnerships to European Impact", it brings together companies, research institutions and public bodies from Poland and Europe that want to build international consortia for Horizon Europe projects. It takes place on 3 November 2026, 10:00–20:00, at The Tides, ul. Wioślarska 8, Warsaw. The day runs in four parallel tracks: debates and keynotes, workshops, matchmaking and networking, and the Innovation Expo.
The event is organised by the Horizon Europe Industry Contact Points (BPK) of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, coordinated by Łukasiewicz – ITECH. Its honorary partners are the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, NCBR, PARP Grupa PFR and the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG). TURKPOL takes part through its people and its strategic partner; it is not an organiser.
The Türkiye–Poland debate
One of this year's four main themes is Polish–Turkish technological and defence cooperation: opportunities and challenges. It is the subject of the debate "Türkiye–Poland Strategic Investment Partnership: New Horizons in Industry, Defence, Energy and Technology" (16:00–17:00), organised with TIDE, TURKPOL's strategic partner. The session opens with remarks by the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Poland and the Embassy's Deputy Head of Mission. It is moderated by Atilla Arda Beşen (CEO, VolareVers), with panellists Can Berat Özer (Trade Counsellor, Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Poland), Tunç Meriç (President, TURKPOL), Konrad Maj (Founder & Director, HumanTech Center) and Mehmet Göktürk İplikçioğlu (Founder & Managing Director, TEOMAN Corp).
At the Innovation Expo, a TIDE delegation of Turkish technology companies exhibits at a joint Türkiye / TIDE area. TIDE also helps Turkish companies prepare for the matchmaking session.
