On 20 October 2026 TURKPOL took part in the CEE Trade & Treasury Summit 2026 at the Regent Warsaw Hotel. The summit was organised by MERGE Events, supported by ICC Poland and held under the patronage of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency (PAIH). TURKPOL took part as a speaker, not as an organiser or sponsor.
Region Highlight: Poland–Türkiye trade relations
In the afternoon session "Poland–Türkiye trade relations: strategic importance for Europe's future", our President Tunç Meriç spoke alongside Can Berat Özer, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Warsaw; Feliks Kobierski, Trade Finance Chief Expert at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK); Mehmet Göktürk İplikçioğlu, Founder and General Director of Teoman Corp; and Hakan Haner of EKO Konsult | ASE GROUP. Atilla Arda Beşen, Founder and CEO of VolareVers, moderated.
The morning panel
Earlier in the day, "The future of construction, energy and industrial investment across CEE" brought together Mehmet Göktürk İplikçioğlu (Teoman Corp, the summit's Key Collaborator), Mehmet Dalkılıç (Kolin İnşaat), Fatih Altınsoy (Arkas Logistics) and Jakub Kupcu (CLARITAS Investments), again moderated by Atilla Arda Beşen.
